Our company operates with a very old Unix based software.  When our printers go out we have to search high and low for ones with old firmware dates so that they are compatible with our software.  Most all other vendors tell me it is a waste of their time to search for the old firmware we need.  Not so with The Printer Pros.  Matt was super helpful and my printers arrived in a few days.  They were packaged very well to resist any damage in transit.  A+ from me!

The Printer Pros' online research experience was superb, all the information I needed to find this classic, "bullet-proof" (as Matt Moran said) 4350n.  My old 4240n lasted 15 years before even beginning to jam more than periodically.  This 4350 (now with 512 MB RAM) ought to last as long, rebuilt by the Pros, at one-fifth the original cost of the 4240.  What a deal.  And Matt, on the phone, provided excellent analysis, advice and service.  The entire Printer Pros experience couldn't have been better.

It prints immediately, no warm-up period like the newer HP printers I've seen. It's fast, fast, fast.  I love that part.  It's just the prima donna in me that is disappointed in the yellowed outer covering of the printer.  I know.  It's refurbished, but my 16-year-old LaserJet 4000 looks newer than this LaserJet 4350dtn.  BUT that's just a girly thing.  Definitely would recommend buying from here.
